Gemstone Development's ManhattanWest Named one of Ten Largest New Projects in the Southwest U.S.
Las Vegas, NV -- Gemstone Development announced today that its ManhattanWest project made the "Top Ten" in Southwest Contractor Magazine's annual list of the "Biggest and Boldest" mega-projects in the Southwest.
"It can be easy to forget that there are major developments going on outside the Las Vegas Strip," said Gemstone Development CEO, Alex Edelstein, "We're thrilled to be included alongside such notable projects such as Echelon and Fontainebleau."
The list, which ran in the June 2008 issue of Southwest Contractor, ranks sixty projects across the Southwest United States. According to the publication, the selected developments are, "60 mega-projects that are the biggest, boldest, and most talked about of the past year." ManhattanWest was not only one of the top ten largest projects in the state of Nevada, but ranked in the publication's top ten for the entire Southwest. Projects are ranked by estimated construction costs.
