 June 15, 2004 Gemstone Development To Break Ground on Manhattan Condominiums Lieutenant Governor Hunt to Participate in Festivities (Las Vegas) - Alex Edelstein, managing partner of Gemstone Development LLC, announced today that the company will hold the Groundbreaking Ceremony for its Manhattan Condominiums project at 5 p.m. on June 23 at the site located on the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue. Lieutenant Governor Lorraine Hunt will participate in the festivities and present a proclamation to Gemstone. Manhattan Condominiums will provide a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with spacious penthouse lofts.
