(Las Vegas, NV) -- Gemstone Development announced today that it has begun construction on the Sales Center for its upcoming mixed use project, ManhattanWest. “The start of construction on the ManhattanWest Sales Center marks an important milestone,” said Gemstone CEO, Alex Edelstein. “With the project underway, we anticipate launching sales of the development in early March of this year.” Designed by the two time NAHB National award winning design firm, DesignLines, Inc., the 3500 square foot ManhattanWest Sales Center will feature a full sized model unit, virtual tours of the development as well as five residences, and a working version of the coffee bar that will anchor the community’s social life. Gemstone is a Las Vegas based developer of innovative mid-rise condominium communities. Gemstone projects include the sold-out, 700 unit Manhattan Condominiums located on Las Vegas Boulevard as well as ManhattanWest, a 20 acre, mixed use development located at I-215 and Russell Road featuring 703 condominiums and lofts, 50,000 square feet of retail, and 150,000 square feet of Class A office space for sale and lease.
