(Las Vegas, NV) -- Gemstone Development announced today that Clark County has approved the tentative map for its upcoming mixed use project, ManhattanWest. “The approval of the ManhattanWest tentative map is the last significant hurdle in the entitlement process,” said Gemstone CEO, Alex Edelstein. “With the approval in hand, we can begin grading in March and start construction as early as June of this year.” Gemstone is a Las Vegas based developer of innovative mid-rise condominium communities. Gemstone projects include the sold-out, 700 unit Manhattan Condominiums located on Las Vegas Boulevard as well as the upcoming ManhattanWest, a 20 acre, mixed use development located at I-215 and Russell Road featuring 703 condominiums and lofts, 50,000 square feet of retail, and 150,000 square feet of Class A office space for sale and lease.
