Gemstone Development announced today that the M-Series and Diva Series upgrade packages at its mixed-use ManhattanWest community have been even more popular with buyers than originally anticipated. The Diva Series has a jetted tub, iPod docking station in the bathroom, electrical outlets in the vanity drawer, closet organizer, fireplace, and terrace garden. The M-Series has a wet bar, dual dishwashers, a ceiling mounted HDTV projector, rear surround sound speakers, fog-free shaving mirror, and a magazine rack in the bathroom. "Buyers get excited when they hear about what is included in both of these upgrade packages, even more so when they see the vignettes at our sales center and hear the price," said ManhattanWest Sales Consultant, Denise Chen, "One out of five buyers have selected either of the two packages, some have selected both." The Diva Series was created with input from women for women while the M-Series was created with input from men for the guys.
