ManhattanWest Featured in Four Page Vegas Magazine Story Community is One of Only 12 Projects Recognized Annually
ManhattanWest, a $350 million dollar mixed use condominium project located in Southwest Las Vegas, was recently featured in the September 2007 issue of Vegas Magazine, a monthly national lifestyle magazine about the city. The article appears under the magazine's Vegas Property Report, and focuses on how ManhattanWest has positioned itself as a project offering innovative amenities as well as outstanding value.
"As one of only 12 projects selected for this honor annually, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to share our vision with the Vegas Magazine readership," says Gemstone Development VP of Marketing, Mark Chatow. "The piece not only featured ManhattanWest and all of the unique amenities it offers, but it also gave the public an opportunity to learn about the people behind the project and the passion we have about what we are doing."
The article touched on many highlights of the project including the ManhattanMD on-site medical practice, MahattanTransfer errand service, and the Manhattan Express premium shuttle. Also mentioned were the panoramic views of the city from atop Element House, the 7,000 square foot state of the art fitness center, and the project's four pools--two of which are located on the ninth floor rooftop deck. The piece described the outdoor spaces as well, including the Zen, Rose, Hammock, and Bird and Butterfly Gardens, and the 10,000 square foot Great Lawn.
"The exposure from the piece for both ManhattanWest and Gemstone Development has been significant," says Chatow, "and there has been a notable spike in calls and sales center traffic."
