Gemstone Development Honors Top ManhattanWest Realtors
Gemstone Development announced today that the Gemstone Development Executive Team honored the top Realtors with contracted buyers at its ManhattanWest project with a dinner to celebrate their contributions. The three Realtors/teams invited Mike and Beth Carlucci of Prudential Americana, Traci Rivera, of American Realty, and Dorian Carson of Liberty Realty.
"We want Realtors to know that we appreciate their business, especially in a tough market like we are in today, and that we want to recognize those Realtors producing quality buyers," said Gemstone Development CEO, Alex Edelstein. "Realtors are a key component to the buying process buyers are faced with today. The relationship between the buyer and the Realtor is paramount, and trust is always a key factor in this relationship. We are always pleased when Realtors who understand what we offer at ManhattanWest refer us to buyers who trust their professional opinion."
The Gemstone Development executive team dined with the top producing Realtors at the B & B Ristorante, where they discussed market conditions and current buyer sentiment. "We design our projects based on what the buyer's needs are and what is not being addressed by other developers to meet those needs," said Peter Smith, Vice President of Development for ManhattanWest, "Realtors are an integral part of understanding what buyers want and we value their opinion and their business."
