( Las Vegas, NV) -- Gemstone Development announced today that it has closed on the 250th unit of its sold-out Manhattan Condominiums development. “With our 250 th unit closed and over $87 million in proceeds to date we continue to stay on track with our development schedule,” said Gemstone CEO, Alex Edelstein. “We have obtained the certificate of occupancy for five of the nine buildings in the community and are on track to close our sixth building this month, with the seventh following in January.” The 10,000 square foot Manhattan Club, which hosts the community’s concierge, fitness centers, media room and other amenities, has been open since August of this year and has garnered rave reviews from the residents of the community. Gemstone is the developer of the 700 unit Manhattan Condominiums as well as ManhattanWest, a recently approved 20 acre, 700 unit mixed use development located at I-215 and Russell Road.
